Cesar Navarro, MSM is presently the Marketing Director & CEO of Geek Dental Marketing ®, a marketing, development, and technology company for dental offices. With the vision to grow practices, improve management and visibility online; Cesar Navarro launched a full marketing company that provides business coaching and digital marketing. His strategy includes a GeekBoost™ program which allows clients’ business information, including addresses and phone numbers, and online web presence to be distributed across multiple channels, such as landing pages, listings, and social media platforms from one single source – securing the accuracy of dental office information online.

Cesar started his career in the dental field back in 2010, where he was a practice manager for a single office. Over time, He acquired the role of practice administrator & marketing director for a group practice with over five offices. After successfully growing these practices with a net profit of over 2 mils each, he decided to go on his own and create a team of individuals with amazing skills to grow practices around the nation.
